Welcome to ShesEmpowered Coaching’s Retreats and Events. By registering for our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment:
   • All registrations must be completed through our website. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
   • Deposits are required to hold your place in the event and are non-refundable.
   • We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other online payment methods.
   • Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.
2. Event Changes:
   • ShesEmpowered Coaching reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and we will offer an alternative date or a full refund (excluding deposits).
3. Event Participation:
   • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without a refund.
4. Health and Safety:
   • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant:
   • 60 Days Before the Event: If you cancel your registration 60 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
   • 59 Days or Less Before the Event: Cancellations made 59 days or less before the event are non-refundable.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement:
   • In the event that ShesEmpowered Coaching cancels the event, you will receive a full refund (excluding deposits). If the event is postponed, your registration will be transferred to the new date, or you may request a full refund (excluding deposits).
3. Transfer of Registration:
   • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please notify us at least 59 days before the event with the new participant’s details.
4. No-Show Policy:
   • If you do not attend the event without notifying us in advance, no refund will be provided.
5. Force Majeure:
   • ShesEmpowered Coaching and Melanin Mommy Muse are not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including pandemic, Health, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster).
