Take Control of Your Health and Prevent Type 2 Diabetes
This CDC-approved, year-long coaching program is designed to help individuals at risk for Type 2 diabetes make sustainable lifestyle changes. Through expert guidance, evidence-based strategies, and a supportive group environment, participants learn how to improve their overall health, increase physical activity, develop healthier eating habits, and create long-term behavior changes to reduce their risk of diabetes.
What is the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)?
The CDC-Recognized Diabetes Prevention Program is a 12-month, evidence-based group coaching program designed to help adults reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes through sustainable lifestyle change.
This is not a diet program. It is a structured, year-long coaching experience focused on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and behavior change — guided by a certified coach and supported by a small group community.
This program may be right for you if:
- You have been told you have prediabetes or are at risk for Type 2 diabetes
- You had gestational diabetes during a previous pregnancy
- You want to take a structured, evidence-based approach to prevention before a diagnosis occurs
What you can expect:
- 26 group sessions over 12 months
- A supportive cohort of people working toward the same goals
- Guidance on nutrition, movement, stress, and sustainable habit development
- Ongoing accountability from a CDC-certified lifestyle coach
The program is available to all eligible adults. Self-pay, HSA, and FSA options are available. Insurance coverage may apply under approved pathways.
Scholarship seats may be available through community partnerships. Contact us to learn more.
